Model/Lighting Additions

Added the following assets: Potted plant, Cat statue, Dart board, Rubber ducky, Cutting board, Barrels.

Added more materials/replaced all default materials.

changed lights/added different types of lights (spotlight in oven room, point light in kitchen, rectangle light in dining area).

Added timelines for door animation and duck animation.
