Jonathan "Stylish" Stanger

When building a game about vulnerability and the feelings the player should feel when playing the game the biggest thing "word" that I take into consideration is COHESIVENESS. As you build a game it isn't one thing that makes a game a hit it's the layers and forethought to get it all working together. 

Hi, name is Jonathan Stanger and I prefer the name "Stylish" and I am the producer of this particular game. I've been in multiple leadership roles throughout college and I've taken multiple team building/team management classes with my most notable certification being a scrum master 1. 

 As my role as producer my first goal was to get everyone in where they work best. Second was to build a team "contract" and get everyone's important items of how they work out into the open. Communication, finished build, note taking, etc. Now that we got those in the open I'm working to build up ways to achieve those goals while also taking on a few producer tasks. 

In supporting this game I will...

• Make sure everyone has their voice heard but to keep things moving in a timely manner
• Keep the scope of the project within the present teams capabilities and be unafraid to pull back scope when needed
• To promote conversation and promote team members to be able to stylize off of each other. 
• While keeping the main goal in mind of vulnerability, understanding what fits in that narrative and what might be distracting
• To keep the player in mind while building out this project
• To help team members think out potential issues/creative problem solving
• To build cohesiveness within the teams to make sure the final product is a contained, finished experience. 

My hope, is that the combination of these things will provide for not only a good finalized product (the video game) but a team that knows, understands, respects, and can communicate with each other. And that a good team, makes a good experience, which makes a good game.
